BID Central ships fragrance decants from the United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy explains delivery times, costs, and how we handle orders.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Delivery

• United Kingdom: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: usually 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or customs checks.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout when eligible.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details are emailed once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
